When should I book? We recommend booking 2/3 months in advance to ensure you are able to secure your ideal date, characer and time.

What happens after I enquire? Once we have received your enquiry we will check directly with our performers who is available. We will then contact you with our Booking Form and T&Cs. Once these are complete the 50% deposit information is sent over. Just before your booking you will receive a Confirmation Email detailing the plan for the booking, double checking our information and letting you know details about the balance. Payment is made via bank transfer.

Can more than 1 character attend? Of course! As long as we have the availability you can have as many character as you like attend! Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 characters. 

Where do you cover? We cover Essex, Hertfordshire and a small part of Suffolk and Cambridgeshire, but we can travel further afield. Contact us to check your location and to find out your travel fee.

Can I have other entertainment? It depends on the package booked, if you plan to have other entertainment present we recommend our Enchanted Visits Package.

Can I request a specific performer? No, we are not able to accommodate performer requests, we would advise messaging regarding this issue.

Will the Princess/Character need to get ready when they arrive? No, all our Princesses and Characters arrive completely ready and in character.

Can I mix and match packages? No, this is not a service we offer but feel free to contact us regarding this issue.

Do I need to supply anything? No, we will bring everything we need for the package booked with us (except the birthday cake).

Do you do video messages and calls? No this is not a service we offer, however we have a range of different packages to suit a range of different needs.
